The apartment of 50 sqm. has a wonderfull ceiling with wood-beam, parquet and a wide living-room with blind kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

The big sofa-bed in the living-room has two beds and another one can be obtained from the sofa ( 2+3 beds). The furniture of the livingroom includes an antique writing-desk and an antique big size table.

The kitchen is equipped of any modern comforts (fridge, wash-machine, oven) and a comfortable working-desk.
