Fontana Calda apartment is situated at the foot of San Calogero mountain, famous for its natural bath grottoes, good for rheumatism and neuralgia therapy. Our structure is about 4 km from Sciacca city centre and from the seaside, and is situated amidst a wonderful and quiet olive grove (50,000 square meters in size).

The four brand new (June 2004), nice and cosy apartments are situated on the first floor (mansard).
In our large villa, we live on the ground floor: my husband Massimo, Sicilian (a very nice man), our son David, 1/3 German + 2/3 Sicilian (that's what he says) and last but non least me, Doris, German (who is living here in Sicily for more than 10 years). Part of our family is also Rubbia, our lovely dog and our cats Chip & Chop.

The four new (June 2004), nice and cosy apartments are situated on the first floor (mansard). All units are fully equipped with SAT-TV, Hi-Fi, fridge, toaster, heating, air condition, standing fans, linen and towels weekly change, our Olive Oil extra vergine during your stay, garden furniture (sunshade, chairs, table, storm lantern, candels), clotheshorse etc. All our guests can use the washing machine, the iron and ironing board, and our internet to check or send emails (+ wireless Internet access). Happy to announce that our apartments now has Wifi, so bring your own laptop and surf the internet at top-speed.
Free parking.
Arrival can be any day of the week. Minimum stay is one night.

Fontana Calda offers 4 apartments, each featuring one master bedroom (or two), fully equipped kitchenette/living area with sofa (or sofa bed), air conditioning, heating, bathroom with shower and balcony (8 m² - North - Gufo + Papera) or private veranda (16 m² - South - Farfalla + Delfino) with a nice panoramic view.

All units are fully equipped with satellite TV, Hi-Fi, fridge, toaster, fans, linen and towels weekly change, our extra virgin olive oil during your stay, garden furniture (sunshade, chairs, table, storm lantern, candles), clotheshorse etc.

COMMENT ARRIVER À L'HÔTEL

By car
From Messina: A18 Messina-Catania, then follow A19 Catania-Palermo, take Caltanissetta exit and follow signs to Agrigento and then to Sciacca.

The direction coming from PALERMO:
From Palermo airport: follow the Motorway A 29, direction MAZARA del VALLO, until the exit CASTELVETRANO.
You'll take the highway ss115 at Castelvetrano in direction of Agrigento/Sciacca. Arriving at Sciacca, always on the highway, you should take the LAST!!!!!! exit for Sciacca (= AFTER THE TWO TUNNELS!!!!). Take the right and go forward until the sign to Monte San Calogero(two times right). You follow approx. 2 km, always straight on the road Aldo Moro. At the cross road, you don't have to follow the road to San Calogero, you should go straight on. After 1 km, you see a repair shop SCOMA at the right side. Continue this street. After 200 meters you will see a black, open gate. There you turn right and you just will see the house.
It's easy to find us, because you don't have to enter into Sciacca centre.

By airplane
From Palermo airport: follow motorway A29, in direction of Mazara del Vallo, until Castelvetrano exit.
From Castelvetrano take SS115 road in the direction of Agrigento/Sciacca.

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due on arrival). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund unless re-rented.
