If you are a citizen of Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Libya, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania or Peru, your credit card is charged by the hotel upon booking.
