The residence Belvedere Apartments is housed in a charming old building in Wien in Steingasse 24. The green Vienna with the wonderful Schlosspark Belvedere and its fascinating fountains and the exotic plants of the Botanischer Garten are waiting to be explored right round the corner, offering a good alternative to the usual city-tour.
The property is located in the third district, within walking distance of the most important sights, like the Schloss Belvedere, the Konzerthaus or the Wien Museum.
Excellent transport connections and numerous shops and facilities, such as supermarkets, bakeries, laundries, DVD rental, restaurants, Internet cafés and banks in the immediate vicinity of the property, offer the ideal base for both families and business men.

The apartments measuring at least 50 sqm, can host a maximum of 4 persons.

Very pleasant flat near the bus station ( 5 mn by foot ) and from the center of the town . The girl at the reception was unable to give us details about the flat and about the parking .Your are not allowed to let your car in the street. Add 15 euros more per day for the parking

Grande chambre, propre et bien éclairée, fauteuils confortables. Cuisine fonctionnelle mais très petite et donnant sur l'ascenseur; il serait préférable d'ajouter une table dans le grand salon pour permettre d'y manger de façon plus confortable et discrète. Salle de bain moderne et pratique. La télévision (satellite) ne fonctionnait pas. Bons espaces de rangement

Appartement à 1,5 km du Ring (bd circulaire autour du centre historique) bien desservi par le tramway ou à pied. Rue calme. Appartement haut de plafond et clair pour 3 pers. la machine à laver la vaisselle ne marchait pas. L'adresse appart de correspondait pas celui de la reservation. Aucun accueil le sam et dim. Conserver le N° de tel de l'agence car le plan est envoyé par Internet juste avant votre séjour.

L'appartement est vaste et très bien équipé. Il est également très bien situé à 100m du tramway pour se rendre au centre ville (10mn). Le quartier est calme et pourvu de petits commerces. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

By car
From the highway A1 drive towards the city centre until the end of the highway and then continue along Wientalstraße. After 10 km leave the Schönbrunnerstraße, turn right and proceed along Gaudenzdorfer Gürtel until you reach Landstraßer Gürtel. Take the first street after the Südbahnhof, then turn left into the Jacquingasse and then immediately right into Mohsgasse. The first street on your left is Fasangasse.
From the highway A22 turn right at the highway interchange Wien-Kaisermühlen in direction of Graz/Linz/Budapest/Flughafen. After 400 metres drive onto the A23 towards highway junction Wien-Prater and exit at Wien Landstraße. Drive along Landstraßer Gürtel towards Gürtel/Landstraßer Hauptstraße/Südbahnhof and after 1,8 km turn right into Fasangasse. Here you can find our office, all apartments are located near from Fasangasse in the 3 district
By train
From Wien-Mitte railway station take the Straßenbahn (tram) line O towards Südbahnhof and get off at the third stop (Rennweg). Then continue on foot for 300 metres until you reach Fasangasse n° 18.
From Westbahnhof railway station, take underground line U3 towards Simmering and get off at Landstraße/Wien Mitte. Take the tram line O in direction Südbahnhof and get off at the third stop (Rennweg). Continue on foot for 300 metres in driving direction until you reach Fasangasse 18.
From Südbahnhof railway station take tram line O towards Praterstern and get off at the second stop (Rennweg). Continue on foot for 100 metres until you reach Fasangasse n° 18. Here you can find our office, all apartments are located near from Fasangasse in the 3 district
By airplane
From Wien-Schwechat airport take the Express-Bus until Wien Mitte, switch to the tram line O and follow the indications above. Guests can also take the Schnellbahn (express train) S7 towards Floridsdorf and get off at the Rennweg station. In Fasangasse you can find our office, all apartments are located near from Fasangasse in the 3 district
