The aptly named Buddha Studio is nice and large, coming with a king-size sofa bed and a separate bathroom. Another room is ideal for up to 3 people or as a twin, since it has 3 single beds and a separate bathroom. The b&b's third room can be used as a double room or a 3-person family room, as it comes with a king bed, a single bed and en suite facilities.

All of the rooms have a color TV and 2 of the rooms, the Buddha Studio and the double/family room, also have a DVD player with free access to a DVD library. All rooms include free coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, heating, radio/alarm clock, electric shaver point and free wireless Internet access. An iron and ironing board are also available from the front desk.

From Edinburgh Airport: bear right onto Jubilee Road and at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Eastfield Road. At the next roundabout, take the third exit; at the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Eastfield Road and then at next the roundabout, take the first exit. Continue onto Glasgow Road (A8) and at the roundabout, take the third exit onto The City of Edinburgh Bypass (A720). Exit onto The City of Edinburgh Bypass and at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Burdiehouse Road (A701). Continue along the A701 and then turn right into Liberton Gardens (A701). Bear left into Liberton Road (A701) and at the roundabout, take the second exit onto Craigmillar Park (A701). Turn right onto East Mayfield and then continue onto Priestfield Road. Turn right onto Kilmaurs Road, where the bed and breakfast is located.
