Situated just a few minutes' walk from the Dublin Central Bus Station, the Anchor Guesthouse is an inexpensive guest house in central Dublin. James Gandon's beautiful Customs House and the Abbey Theatre are both in the immediate vicinity; the Financial Services Centre, Temple Bar and Grafton Street shopping can also be reached on foot.
Dublin's Anchor Guesthouse offers guests centrally located accommodation at affordable prices, perfect for tourists who just want to enjoy their holiday or weekend break in Dublin without having to worry about using public transport to get around. Thanks to the free wireless Internet access, guests can relax in the sitting room and chat online after a busy day's sight seeing.
There is plenty of information provided in the lobby to give you some great ideas about things to do in and around Dublin. The front desk is also open 24 hours a day, so that you can come and go as you please, without having to worry about curfew times. There is also a luggage room at guests' disposal as well.

By airplane
From Dublin International Airport: there are various buses that you can take from the airport to the guest house. Dublin Bus operates a 747 Express service to the Central Bus Station, where you get off. Walk to the guest house, which is only 2 minutes away on foot, passing over the Loopline Bridge. The guest house is the 2nd building on the left. You can also take the 748 bus to the Central Bus Station, and then walk to the guest house following the directions above.
