The Beijing city hotel was opened in January 1990 and it was a foreign hotel , owned by Beijing fesco enterprise service group co., Ltd and Hong Kong Far East Group LLC .
The hotel had 26 floors ,from 4 to 8 floor were guest rooms ,the room type had standard ,single ,suite and Deluxe suite with European style ,total 95 rooms . And 9-23 floor had 135 sets of apartments rooms .

    OLYMPIC GAMES SPECIAL RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
    Valid from August, 1st to August, 31st 2008:
    - Your credit card is charged by the hotel upon booking. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. If the full payment is not received within 72 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
    - You will receive a separate confirmation form by email from the hotel which has to be signed and returned to the hotel within 48 hours. If you fail to return this form within 48 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
    - You have to proof your nationality and submit a copy of your passport to the hotel.
    - No cancellations, modifications or no-shows are allowed. The prepaid rate is non-refundable.

    SPECIAL RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AFRICAN AND SOUTH AMERICAN STATES
    If you are a citizen of Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Libya, Morocco, Mosambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania or Peru, your credit card is charged by the hotel upon booking. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received by the hotel. You will also have to prove your identity and submit a copy of your passport to the hotel to insure that the name on the booking corresponds to the person at check-in. Cancellations or no-shows are not allowed and the total cost of your stay is non-refundable.
