Besides the charm of its history, the building enjoys a scenic position: its rooms overlook the stunning landscape of Valdichiana, with the Amiata and Cetona mountain, the Trasimeno Lake, the gentle outline of the hills surrounding the city-walls and Cortona's steeples and towers.

Villa Marsili is situated within Cortona's ancient walls and retains all the grace and charm of its original architectural structure.

FACILITIES
The hall and the 27 bedrooms (among which are 3 suites and 6 de-luxe bedrooms en-suite with Jacuzzi, direct dial telephone, Internet connection, air conditioning, mini-bar and safe) are finely and elegantly decorated and frescoed.

The same intimate atmosphere pervades the breakfast lounge, the sitting-rooms with the fireplace and the scenic pergolas of the outdoor gardens where you can have a relaxing tea while enjoying the lovely valley and the village's picturesque houses.

A wonderfull place to stay. Service is perfect. All staff do everything to make your stay comfortable. They provide a lot of info on the area. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and a lot of choices. Hotel is easy to find. View on Toscany is superb. Room is clean, bathroom are new and clean. If I return to Cortona, for sure I will choose again Villa Marsili.
