Situated on a hill side surrounded by nature in the area of Serra, 1 km from the town centre of Lipari, 600 meters from the Marina Lunga bay and 900 meters from the tourist port. The structure is characterized by the magnificent view and the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is also situated 300 meters from a public tennis court, 150 meters from a mini-soccer court and 500 meters from the Congress Plaace.

The property offers a large number of facilities, such as panoramic terraces with tables and chairs and a private parking area.

From Reggio Calabria
By Snav hydrofoil: in the winter departure at 1.15 p.m., in the summer departures 5 times a day. The journey takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.

From Palermo
By Snav hydrofoil: in the winter departure at 7 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, arrival at 11.15; in the summer departures at 7 a.m. and 4.45 p.m., arrivals at 11.15 a.m. and 8 p.m.

From Milazzo
By Snav and Siremar hydrofoils, offering daily departures, the journey takes around 1 hour.
