The silvery green olive groves and brightly flowering oleanders surrouding it, limpid, dark bluewaters of the bay stretching below, makes this the ideal setting for a peacefull and relaxing holiday in the warm color of the Argentario. The residence stands 100 meters above level and has a splendid panorama, which goes to the Island of Giannutri and Giglio. Alternative to the sea, the Etruscan archeological cities which are easily reached by car. The Hotel is at ca. half a mile from the sea and the pebble and rock beach is quickly and easily reached by car.

Highway A12 to Civitavecchia, take the SS1 (Aurelia) to Orbetello, from Orbetello direction Porto Santo Stefano. At the Port, take the direction Panoramica, after ca. 8 km follow the sign.

From Florence by car:
Highway to Siena, follow to Grosseto, take the Aurelia (SS1) direction Rome, Exit Porto Santo Stefano, take the Panoramica and after ca. 8 km follow the sign.
