From the highway, take exit tangenziale and then exit 7 Fiera. Go straight ahead following the indications to Bologna centro. We wish to inform you that Bologna city centre, surrounded by circulation boulevards, is closed to vehicles circulation every day.
An automated electronic devise called Sirio checks the city access 24–7. All guests driving to the Grand Hotel Baglioni, in Via Indipendenza 8, must use exclusively Via dei Mille or Via Irnerio (then Via Indipendenza). Access to the city centre is forbidden from any other streets especially from Via Ugo Bassi and Via Rizzoli.
Any drivers taking passengers to the hotel or needing to reach the hotel for working purposes must use the obligatory route and report to the hotel reception with the car plate number asking for a receipt. The hotel will forward the car plate information to the Local Police Department.

By train
Bologna central station is 900 metres from the hotel.

By airplane
Bologna international airport is 8 km from the hotel. Take the shuttle bus, which stops about 50 metres from the hotel.
