The residence with its 25 bright and spacious apartments, all furnished with elegance and accuracy, offers a wide range of high-quality services making your stay special.

Independent air conditioning, satellite TV with flat screen, ADSL Internet connection, soundproofed rooms, direct telephone, are just some of our standards.

Our friendly and willing staff will welcome you with the traditional and warm Florentine style, remaining at your full disposal during the entire stay at the residence.

    Belles chambres spacieuses comme sur les photos. Résidence à coté du bus 22 qui vous emmene au duomo. MAIS, AUCUNE ISOLATION PHONIQUE alors que l'hotel est situé sur une avenue très bruyante,C'est dommage

    COMMENT ARRIVER À L'HÔTEL
    By car
    Exit at Firenze nord (A1/A11 highway), follow the junction till the end, follow Viale Zoroastro da Peretola, follow Viale degli Astronauti, follow Viale Alessandro Guidoni, turn right on Via Torre Degli Agli. At the end of this street you'll find the Residence in front of you (Via di Novoli crossroads).

    By public transportation
    From Santa Maria Novella railway station take ATAF N° 22 bus.

    From Amerigo Vespucci/Peretola airport take VOLAINBUS till Santa Maria Novella railway station and then take ATAF N° 22 (with a taxi you could reach the Residence in only 5 minutes).

    Check-in: Apartments are available from 3 p.m. Please contact us at least 1 day before your arrival to confirm the arrival time. Our reception is always open from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and Bank-holidays from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Confirming us your approximate arrival time, we'll be able to welcome you always at the Residence. Thanks in advance for your co-operation!!!
    Check-out: It is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Services included in the apartment rate:
    safe, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, flat TV with satellite channels, ADSL Internet connection, daily cleaning, linen and towels change every 3 days, crib and child seat on request.

    Services not included in the apartment rate:
    Private garage (€10,00 per day), direct dial telephone and laundry service.
     
    CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION
    In case of No-show or late cancellation, 1 night will be charged on your credit card. In caso do NO-show o cancellazione ritardata, verrà addebiatata una notte sulla vostra carta di credito.
