    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the villa not later than 10 a.m.

    Water, electricity, gas, weekly change of linen, washing machine, TV. Swimming pool about 28 sq. metres, open from 19.04.08 to 11.10.08. Parking on the property.

    Services not included in the price
    Heating at Euro 70,00 per week (6 hours per day). Final cleaning Euro 40,00. Wood for the fire-place.
     
    CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION
    40% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance on arrival day. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty; less than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% penalty.
